A little about me.

In my mid-30s, I realized the way I was living wasn’t sustainable or how I wanted to feel long-term. Inspired by books, podcasts, and real-life stories, I began making small but meaningful changes. In 2025, my first physical in seven years revealed elevated liver enzymes, which became the wake-up call that launched my wellness journey.

I’ve spent years researching health, wellness, and longevity, and I’m committed to being as healthy as possible now and in the future. Here, I will share those learnings through clear, practical, and easy-to-digest content. I will also include all of the tools, foods, supplements, equipment, books, etc. that I have used - and continue to use - in my daily life in hopes it will benefit or inspire you in some way.

Health and wellness is an ongoing, everyday effort, and action needs to start now because one year from now you'll wish you had started today.
